Job Summary:

iPay, a leading remittance company, is seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Support Officer to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate and helpful information regarding our products and services
  • Resolve customer issues, including account discrepancies and transaction errors
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update client information as needed
  • Assist in developing and maintaining customer support procedures and processes
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide effective solutions to customer needs
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with further education, preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the financial or remittance industry is preferred but not required
