Job Summary:
iPay, a leading remittance company, is seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Support Officer to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and helpful information regarding our products and services
- Resolve customer issues, including account discrepancies and transaction errors
- Maintain accurate customer records and update client information as needed
- Assist in developing and maintaining customer support procedures and processes
- Collaborate with other teams to provide effective solutions to customer needs
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with further education, preferred
- 1-2 years of customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the financial or remittance industry is preferred but not required
