Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. - Talent Acquisition:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the company attracts and hires top-tier talent.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads to assess candidates’ suitability.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct regular surveys to assess employee satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement.
- Design and oversee employee recognition and reward programs.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career growth.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with best practices and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Performance Management: Implement and oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Manage employee disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner.
- Handle employee grievances and conflicts, striving for quick and effective resolution.
- Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Monitor and recommend adjustments to compensation and benefits as needed.
- HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare and present regular HR reports to senior management.
- Masters’ degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Certification in HR is a plus.
